Shifting Gears to Help Families in Need!

Updated: Jul 16, 2020

The mandatory quarantines and business closures currently happening all across the nation have left plenty of families to experience an unprecedented loss of income and wages. The longer the quarantine goes, the worse it's going to get for people who were already living paycheck to paycheck.

At Lost Angels we can no longer sit idly by while families struggle to eat and survive through this crisis. Which is why we're starting a curbside food pickup service for families in the Antelope Valley. With the help from two of our long time sponsors, The Durfee Foundation and FitChow; we're planning on providing a healthy pre-packaged microwaveable meal twice a week (Wednesday & Friday) to help alleviate some pressure for people out there struggling.

FitChow's devoted to the quality of the meals they make and the people they serve. They provide the best and healthiest ingredient recipes with a tasteful and unique spin.

With our programming currently on pause our team is quickly switching gears to serve as many people in this capacity as we possibly can. During this quarantine all donations and t-shirt orders received will be used to fund this endeavor.

Antelope Valley families who need a weekly meal can register through email. Please send your First & Last Name, your phone number, home address, list of family members in your houshold, and any food allergies to info@lostangelscp.org or call (661)365-8427.

If for some reason you are unable to leave your home (disability, sick, lack of transportation, etc.) to pickup your meals please explain in the email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
